Two new neighbors put their hearts (and laundry) on the line.
Good fences make good neighbors, right? But what about clotheslines? When the unflappable Jack Key moves in next door to the endearingly neurotic Lizzy Nash, sparks fly. Over time, neighborly nagging softens, and a deeper connection emerges between the two high school teachers. As the leaves turn yellow and the months march on, kept secrets shake loose, and the pair finds themselves facing the same question: How do you know when you’re ready to live, and love, again? This poignant regional premiere dramedy tells a witty, romantic, and honest story of connection.

Procedure for Obtaining Tickets:
Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati has graciously offered free tickets to all active Armed Forces, Guard, Reserves, Retired Military, Veterans and Fallen Heroes families for the upcoming performances of the show mentioned above. Call ahead for accessible seating reservations.
Here's the process to get your tickets:
- Please register for this event on our website, print the AFTA-Cincinnati voucher or be able to present the voucher on your smart phone.
- You must present your military/veteran ID with the AFTA-Cincinnati voucher to redeem your tickets.
- When all tickets have been claimed on the AFTA website, we will send the ETC Box Office the guest list to them no later than May 29th by 2PM.
- Once we have sent the guest list, you will need to contact the ETC to reserve your seats/performance date.
- You can check out the performance dates/times by going to the ETC website.
- Limit 1 pair of tickets per military/veteran ID. Thank you for your cooperation.
Vaccination Policy
As of April 5, 2022, proof of vaccination and/or a negative test is not required to enter.
Mask Requirements
Patrons are strongly encouraged to wear face masks while on Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati premises; single-use masks are available upon request.
CANCELLATIONS: Please try to cancel well before the cancellation cutoff date, which is May 29, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. Please don't be a NO-SHOW!
